How to Order Custom Leather Goods

Remote collaboration works better than you'd think. Most of our clients are in other cities (or countries). Here's the process.

Step 1: Tell Us What You Want
Send a message on WeChat (17629008818). Describe what you're looking for — wallet, belt, bag, watch strap, corporate gifts — and any reference photos. We'll ask the right questions to narrow it down.

Step 2: Choose Your Leather
We'll recommend leathers based on your use case and budget. Want to feel them first? We'll mail you swatches — Italian veg-tan, shell cordovan, crocodile, bridle leather. Touch them. Bend them. Smell them.

Step 3: Design Confirmation
We sketch the design, discuss pocket layout, thread color, edge finish, and logo placement. Nothing moves forward until you're happy.

Step 4: Sample Review
For batch orders (20+), we make one sample and send you detailed photos and video. Macro shots of stitching, edges, and logo. You approve, or we revise.

Step 5: Production
Single pieces: 5-10 days. Batch orders (20-50): 7-14 days. Larger quantities: we'll give you a timeline upfront.

Step 6: Ship
We ship via SF Express domestically, or international courier for overseas orders. Tracking number provided.
